If your item is out of stock we will notify you immediately. You will be given an estimated in stock date, or if you choose, a full refund and our sincere apologies. In the case of Vintage items , if the item has multiple buyers, item will be sold to the buyer who placed the order first. Others will be notified and will receive a full refund along with our sincere apologies. When placing international orders, please be advised that your country of residence may hold your item in customs for an amount of time that is determined by your country of residence and not by Buttercup Clothing.com Customer is responsible for any/all customs charges implemented by customer's country of residence. All international orders will be shipped via US Postal service,Express Mail International. Customers will pay shipping charges on all orders placed. All regular domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Express Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS overnight. All international orders will be shipped via US Postal service,Express Mail International. Merchandise purchased via PayPal E-checks will not be shipped until funds have cleared. Returns will be accepted only after a return request has been approved. Return Requests must be received within 15 days of the sale date. Returns or exchanges will be allowed only up to 35 days after the sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items being returned must be received BEFORE the 35 day return period or return/ exchange will be refused and returned to you at your cost. Buyer will pay for all shipping costs when returning an item.For full cash or credit card refund, funds will be returned to original puchaser only.Items purchase with gift certificates not eligible for cash refund.
